In 2009 my body weight reached a staggering 304 pounds! I was in fear for my life and decided to make a healthy lifestyle change.
I successfully lost 134 pounds and became a Natural Bodybuilder Champion and Personal Fitness Trainer. I have trained nearly 300 clients and specialize in fat loss, muscle toning, muscle building, cardio conditioning, small group and personal training, cardio boxing and body building and contest prep.
By battling obesity most of my adult life, I know what it takes to get you in shape and keep you in shape! I created Body By Phil so that I could focus all my attention to helping YOU set and reach any fitness goals.
